As a fourth generation Realtor and Denver native, Justin Knoll has spent much of his life gaining experience and knowledge in the family business of Real Estate. His simple focus is to ensure that his clients are armed with the most up to date information, cutting edge technology and the highest level of service possible. He has assembled a team of top agents that are committed to delivering on that promise, day in and day out. In 2012, Justin received the Colorado Young Professional Network Realtor of the Year and in 2013 was recognized as the Realtor of the Year in Denver. He has served as the VP of Law & Policy and Metro District VP for the Colorado Association of Realtors and is currently installed as a Director on the Metrolist (Colorado’s largest MLS provider) Board of Directors. He was honored to serve as the President of the Denver Board of Realtors in 2011 and then again as the first President of the newly merged, 5,000 member Denver Metro Association of Realtors in 2012.
During my first visit to The Parade of Homes, I knew I wanted a career in Real Estate and became a Realtor in 2005. With a background in insurance, top notch service has always been a priority to me. I use systems that not only help smooth out the challenges of a real estate transaction but also help keep our buyers and sellers informed and updated during the process. As a “systems nerd”, I feel that knowledge is power and our systems ensure that we answer your questions before you know to ask them.
In 2011, I joined The Knoll Team, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Partnering with Justin and Pam has allowed me to excel not just with our clients, but in leadership and service opportunities in the Realtor organization. I currently serve on the National Association of Realtors Young Professional Advisory Board and I am the Colorado Association of Realtors YPN Chair. My service allows me to advocate for our clients at a higher level while making a significant impact on NAR’s fight to protect homeownership rights, which are so important to me.
I am fortunate to have two amazing daughters who challenge me every day, making me a better mom, business owner, and Realtor. I love cooking for friends and family, watching sports, reading and keeping score of Rockies games.
Since 1973, I have been helping my clients buy their first home, their dream home and all of their homes in between. I always treasure the opportunity to be a part of their personal and significant real estate event and many of my clients have become lifelong friends who turn to me as their trusted real estate advisor.
I am a proven negotiator, clear communicator and have an unwavering devotion to my buyers and sellers, every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. I use systems and experience to make certain that no details are missed and that I am able to focus on my client's most pressing needs.
My husband Jim and I have been blessed with 10 grandchildren and they never cease to fill our lives with love and laughter. In my spare time (spare time with 10 grandchildren?) I enjoy yoga, reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Director of Business Development
I am a fourth-generation Realtor and Denver Native, with 20 years of experience in the title insurance industry, including backgrounds in both residential and commercial transactions. I have expertise and an extensive background in full management of residential transactions with leading Denver real estate teams and individuals.
My passion for keeping deadlines, addressing the most tedious details and communicating with clients during their highest point of anxiety is what drives my level of service. I use structured systems and processes to make sure that nothing is missed throughout the process.
I am a wife and mother to “Twingles” (a singleton and twins). During my non-working time, I can be found with my children at a ball field, a ballet studio, a gym watching a little gymnast or squeezing in time for my passion of organizing something!
It started with a lemonade and sweet tea stand in rural Arkansas at the end of a driveway off a two-lane road. 9-year-old Richie Averill was standing there, spinning a cardboard sign and raking in enough money to pay for all of his school supplies and clothes. He’s been an entrepreneur ever since, so it was no surprise when he launched head-first into real estate and created a booming and successful career.
Richie grew up in the South, training horses, hunting, fishing and being a good ol’ southern boy. He has that southern hospitality that makes everyone feel like an immediate friend, allowing him to genuinely connect with everyone he meets...and that’s his favorite part of the job! He loves being able to connect with so many amazing people, learn about their lives, and then use that knowledge to help them buy or sell their home.
His southern charm (and his dimples) combined with a background in sales training and development helps him to secure the best price for you, and his negotiation skills are next level. He gets involved and immerses himself into his client’s experience. He reads between the lines, watches body language and gets to know you so he can fully understand what you truly want and need in the buying or selling process. He stays one step ahead so the experience is positive, rewarding and fun for everyone.
I joined The Knoll Team in May of 2017, and while I have very little experience buying or selling homes, I do consider myself an expert in many areas; particularly finding the best place in any home to take a nap! I love spending time with the entire team, and do all I can to stay close by in case I am needed. Trips to the office and meeting clients are always the highlight of my week! I enjoy taking long morning walks, barking at deer, playing with my “little” human owners (in all fairness, they still seem pretty big to me!) and feasting on homemade treats that my mom makes for me. I LOVE being part of the team!
